Slagjana Koteska was born in Gostivar and for many years she is in the catering business. For more than 13 years, she is successfully managing the restaurant Sajgija in Gostivar, which is a family-owned business. The restaurant Sajgija is one of the first ethno-restaurants in Gostivar. Along the ethno-surroundings and the traditional Macedonian cuisine, the restaurant offers fun for the youngest in the outside fun park for children.
