The delivery price from any location in Republic of North Macedonia to any location in Republic of North Macedonia is 120 denars for any order in a package with maximum dimensions 80 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm.    

The delivery service delivers each shipment within 1 to 3 business days on the entire territory of Republic of North Macedonia, to each address and settlement.   

The shipments are delivered to the entrance of the residential building specified in the address. No delivery on Sundays and holidays.
For deliveries from Republic of North Macedonia to any other country in the world, an individual transport offer is submitted for each individual order.

For deliveries from Republic of Albania to Republic of North Macedonia and for deliveries from Republic of Albania to another country in the world, an individual transport offer is submitted for each individual order.
Delivery is made through external associates.
Prior to the delivery of the product, the buyer will be contacted by phone, on the contact phone number left, to confirm the date and time of delivery.

Other delivery-related information
The products are always safely packaged, so they are not likely to be damaged during transport. Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer is obliged to check it in detail and to see if there are any visible damages. If any damage or flaws are found, it should be reported immediately to the person delivering the shipment.

If the product is delivered damaged, or a specific product is missing from the order, the buyer should inform us immediately, in order to take measures to eliminate the unintentional error. In this case, the cost of replacing the product will not be borne by the buyer.

When taking the shipment, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note from the supplier and to keep one of the copies for themselves as a confirmation of the shipment taken.
